Ordering

At the price of 24 € net, shipping included, we only accept orders paid from, and delivered to, Germany (Deutschland).

 

Shipping and delivery

 

Unless clearly notified on the ordering page of our website, your order will be processed in the next 24 H and shipped to your adress by La Poste International Colissimo. The delivery time is then from 3 to 7 days, except hollydays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by international customs, foreign postal services or natural disasters.

Payment

 

The management of the online transaction is ensured by PayPal, specialized in the protected transactions on line. After having clicked on the buying button, you will be redirected on the secured site of PayPal, encrypted according to the international standards and banking regulations.

For security reasons, Spiel-ou-Face can cancell any order incorrect, incomplete, or suspect. In this case, in the 48 H after his order, the customer will receive a cancellation mail and his payment by PayPal will be cancelled without any charge.

 

Privacy

The only personal information that Spiel-ou-Face collects is your e-mail address, your name, and your address for delivery. It will be used solely for the purpose of billing and shipping your online purchase.

Returns

Spiel-ou-Face accepts exchanges for products that have been damaged, defective or are shipping mistakes. All returns and exchanges must have been purchased directly from Spiel-ou-Face through our website, be new, unused (not played !) and contain the original packaging and accessories.

In case of return for cancellation of the sale, after the return of the item at our adress, a full refund of the purchase will be processed via Paypal. In case of exchange, a new item will be sent with no extra charge.
